Ask Mummy & Daddy are a London-based, high-end confectionery company who relaunched in April 2019. I worked with the team from February, building relationships with influencers on behalf of the brand, managing a small budget and booking influencers into the diary based on when the brand would need a push (just before pay day, around certain holidays etc).

During the week leading up to the launch, we worked with 9 influencers to create a countdown across a number of micro-influencers. With no budget and only a week to turn the project around, our countdowns were seen over 8,000 times, building a mass of excitement around the brand before the website had gone live.

On the day of the launch, we worked with Em Sheldon, who went above and beyond to help the brand succeed; driving positive conversations about the brand in the comments, pointing her followers towards the website and even promoting the brand through Instagram stories in addition to the post we had agreed.

The brand awareness achieved from this campaign was a huge success, not only did the brand experience a spike in followers on Instagram, but they also saw an increase in their engagement rate, not only due to the influencer’s followers being excited by the brand, but the influencers themselves.

This project ended in May 2019, when I left the brand with a full quarter of high quality influencers booked into the diary in order to continue the work we had put in place early on in the brand’s lifespan.
